32-bit Windows Users:
1. Close Photoshop Elements 10
2. Go to C: \ Program Files \ Adobe \ PSE9 \ Plug-ins
3. Copy your Topaz files – highlight / select them and then right-click and select “Copy” (or use shortcut keys CTRL-C to copy)
4. Go to C: \ Program Files \ Adobe \ PSE10 \ Support Files \ Plug-ins
5. Paste the copied plug-in files – right-click and select “Paste” (or use the shortcut keys CTRL-V to paste)
6. Restart PSE10 for the changes to take effect.
64-bit Windows Users:
1. Close Photoshop Elements 10
2. Go to C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Adobe \ PSE9 \ Plug-ins

Launch Photoshop, opening the image, go to filters, select the plug-in
In Menu – Enter key – enter NAME – Any KEY ….( and take with keygens)
